Terms and Conditions: Name the Robin Gift Card Giveaway
1. The Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is FOR Cardiff of 7 St Andrews Crescent, Cardiff, CF10 3DA.
2. The Prize Draw
2.1 By submitting your answers you are automatically entering the prize draw (unless stated otherwise) and you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2.2 The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
3. Eligibility
3.1 This prize draw is open to all individuals aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
3.2 A maximum of one (1) entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
3.3 In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize you may win.
4. How to Enter
4.1 The prize draw opens on 25th November and closes on 4th December at 17:00 PM. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
4.2 To enter, you must complete the steps outlined in the post.
4.3 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or corrupted, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, or computer hardware or software failure.
5. The Prize
5.1 The prize is a digital FOR Cardiff gift card worth £50.
5.2 The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
5.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event that the original prize is unavailable.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 All eligible entries received will be reviewed, and a winner will be chosen by public poll on Friday, 5th December.
6.2 The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram by Monday, 8th December, using the account provided.
6.3 The winner must respond to the notification to confirm their acceptance of the prize and provide any necessary details within 3 working days.
6.4 If a winner does not respond to the email and confirm acceptance of the prize by the deadline, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and choose a replacement winner. The same process will apply to the replacement winner and so on until a winner is successfully contacted.
7. Data Protection
7.1 By entering this prize draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you in the survey will be used by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the prize draw and to contact you if you win.
7.2 Any personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Notice, which can be found here.
8. General
8.1 The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
8.3 The prize draw will be governed by English and Welsh law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
